• "Member" means a verified participant in our business and employers membership organization.
• "Member Rewards" means benefits distributed to Members based on platform participation and contribution.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration Requirements

Certain Services require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@mw3.biz.

4. Professional Membership Organization

As a business and employers membership organization registered under SIC 94110, MW3.biz operates a professional community for business professionals, employers, and technology practitioners.

Membership Structure

• Basic Membership: Access to fundamental platform features, professional networking, and educational content.
• Verified Membership: Enhanced membership tier requiring professional credential verification and platform participation demonstration. Verified Members may be required to maintain minimum holdings of designated digital assets for membership verification purposes.
• Premium Membership: Advanced membership tier with exclusive access to specialized consultancy services, priority support, and enhanced member benefits.

Member Benefits and Rewards Program

Members may earn rewards and benefits through platform participation including:

Platform Credits System

Platform Credits Overview: MW3.biz offers platform credits for accessing technology consultancy services. These credits operate under a closed-loop system designed for service access only.

Platform Credits Terms:

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or digital assets
• Credits are non-transferable between users and cannot be sold or exchanged
• Credits can only be used for MW3.biz technology consultancy services within our platform
• Credits expire according to terms specified at time of purchase with no refund for expired credits
• Daily credit balance limit of £2,000 equivalent per user account for regulatory compliance
• Credit purchases are processed through approved payment providers subject to their terms

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Prohibited Activities

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems

Platform-Specific Restrictions

• Manipulate or exploit reward systems, member benefits, or platform credits
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others for membership benefits
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or methods
• Share, sell, or transfer platform credits, rewards, or membership benefits

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Legal Disclaimers (Required by Law):

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MW3.BIZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MW3.BIZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MW3.BIZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Aggregate Liability Cap:

IN NO EVENT SHALL MW3.BIZ'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF £100 GBP OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MW3.BIZ FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom.
